Royal Kahana 512
This condo is absolutely perfect for those who love all the comforts of home while being embraced by gentle trade winds and glorious ocean views! Everything we needed was graciously supplied by the owners....boogie board, cooler, beach towels and chairs! We had such a great time snorkeling at Kapalua Bay, swimming in Napili Bay, shopping and driving around the island! It was always so nice to come home to such a beautiful and comfortable home. This is a place that deserves to be revisited. ....as it was perfect in every way! Mahalo!

Thank you Royal Kahana. For the wonderful Minnie house (Condo). It was a wonderful experience; the view was great. Snorkeling was amazing. While we were here it was my birthday and the luau at the Royal Lahaina was really great with the fire and everything. I will give you five stars *****

Our Second Time in Heavenly #1009 at the Royal Kahana
Royal Kahana 1009
We stayed here for a week last year and absolutely loved it. We returned again this year for another wonderful week and it was like 'coming home again'!! This beautiful condo is on the 10th floor and oceanfront with a beautiful view of the beach and Molokai. Once again when we arrived everything was perfect, clean and a fully stocked kitchen and bath. We spent every morning out on the Lanai having coffee and breakfast as well as a few dinners. The free parking and internet is also great. We've been to all the islands in Hawaii, staying in many different resorts and locations, but we have decided this is our very favorite place of all! There is just something about it and it's always sad to leave. The only upside is looking forward to coming back again next year! Highly recommend Royal Kahana #1009.

Great stay; great condo; great way to vacation
Royal Kahana 912
The place felt like home the minute we walked in. The floor plan is well-designed and the upgraded features made for a very nice atmosphere. Everything was clean and in very good working condition. Tile flooring and shower and a very comfortable bed made each day awesome (our word for the whole trip) and little things like premium washer and dryer, stove and refrigerator were nice little luxury items. the front desk folks were great, parking was easy, access easy, and the beach is right there! Definitely recommend!

If you do not like rain, then this is the place for you!
Royal Kahana 410
We have been going to the Islands for over 20 years, sometimes 3-4 times a year, and have stayed at many condos. The Royal Kahana is the one we have settled on. There is no need for us to continue looking. The beach is PERFECT for what we like to do, which is float in our blow-up chairs from the point to the far beach before the rocks. What a great way to spend the day. It is also a great beach for little ones as it is shallow entry. This unit with the well furnished wrap-around lanai is wonderful. The condo is spacious and comfortable and very well appointed. Usually, I do not sleep well on the first night, however the bed and pillows must be good as I slept perfectly from the start. The air conditioners work great, just be sure to close the curtains in the afternoon to help keep the sun out and the unit cool. There is a down side to this place however. The morning after you have returned home, when you first rise and attempt to open the slider to the Lanai to check the view and see where the turtle is sitting, you will suffer depression upon realizing there is no lanai, no turtle, no ocean, no Molokai. It was all just a dream and now you have to go back to work. Ooooohhh, the agony of it all.

Great Property as described
Royal Kahana 714
My wife and i travel often and we rent condos and homes etc. It's always nerve wrecking at times "will it be as described" And yes it was , matter fact it was more then what we expected, Phenomenal ocean views , comfortable bed and great location. Restaurants you can walk to and the beach just steps away outside the lobby. Don't pass it up great property. Paul & Lisa 9/2016

Aloha! My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this Royal Kahana studio. The view from the lanai is amazing, we enjoyed many mornings and evenings on the lanai and we miss it here at home! The studio had everything we needed, a coffee maker for my Kona coffe that we bought at the Safeway near by and a blender for our homemade margaritas! We also made breakfast a few mornings to save money, very convenient. The beach was beautiful especially watching the sunset. The beach chairs in the unit are very handy, we loaded them in the rental car and used them everyday! You will not be disappointed staying here!! Mahalo for a wonderful stay, we will be back again! PS the binders in the drawer under the tv were very helpful, lots of tips!!
Enjoy some of my pictures. I do confess that most were taken from my phone. Sorry for quality.
Dan and I have been married for over 32 years. We were raised in Southeast Alaska and moved to the State of Washington a few years ago. We love Alaska but we wanted to be closer to our now adult children (crazy right?), and we wanted to experience the opportunities available to us on the mainland. You see, we lived on that small island in Alaska for almost 50 years, the only way on and off was by boat or plane.
I grew up traveling to Hawaii on family vacations. My parents purchased their first home at the Royal Kahana in 1978 shortly after the resort was built. It was love at first sight (both Hawaii and the Royal Kahana), and we now own eight homes there.
Dan and I have spent many vacations on Maui as have our children. I can't emphasize enough what a wonderful place it is for family holidays. The memories that we carry are among the best. For instance, in 1999 my entire family (almost 25 people) went to Maui for Y2K. If the world was going to end, we wanted to be on Maui. Now honestly, we knew the world was not going to end, but we wanted to be together and we wanted to be on Maui. I hope that you have the opportunity to create fun, crazy, meaningful memories on Maui just like we have. Thankfully... you will not have to carry with you the 15 pound video camera that we did :)
In 2013, we decided that we wanted to handle the rental of our homes ourselves. Up until that point we had a management company represent us. We had clients calling is wanting to rent one of our specific homes and through the management company they could not choose a specific home. That was one of the many reasons that we elected to go out on our own. And we are so happy we did.
Several of our friends, fellow home-owners have joined our program. Their homes are exceptional. Lorna, Wendie and Mike, Tom and Linda, Ronnie and Fred, Norm and Colleen, Heidi and Willi and my parents; Jim and Vicki all take pride in their homes and you will feel their love for the Island when you visit.
Dan and I love this new adventure, meeting new friends and working with our return guests year after year.
We thank you for this opportunity to share our love of the Royal Kahana Resort.
